Mark has extensive experience in responding to the most chaotic emergency incidents and his experience was pivotal in the creation of this unique product. Messages are sent instantly as broadcast voice, SMS text, email and fax and the system will continue to send until the message is acknowledged. Further, the recipients can be asked to respond to the message as needed. This feature allows not only for accounting of persons affected by the incident but also to allow for the flow of critical information both ways. Information and messages can be sent and responses can be received - even during the most chaotic circumstances.
